Due to high-demand, we're offering a limited number of pre/early-season appointments for purchase. These appointments are weather-dependent and will be scheduled throughout March (if weather permits) & April in available slots not prioritized by our Season Plan clients.

Our Professional BBQ Grill Cleaning Includes:
Interior and exterior degreasing with environmentally and food safe degreaser.
Visual inspection of grill parts, including burners.
Steam Bath Sanitation of cooking grates, flavorizers, heat deflectors, and any other removable parts.
Removal of loose grease and carbon buildup from the inside of your grill box.
Grease trays and traps cleaned.
Full clean and polish of grill exterior, side arms, knobs and all stainless steel cabinets around the grill.

3 things you should know about your upcoming appointment...
We are impacted by weather.
Your appointment will be rescheduled when any chance of thunderstorms, a 25% chance of rain, or high temperatures are showing in the forecast for your area.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
If you are not going to be home, kindly leave payment inside your grill or request a link to pay online for your service. You are purchasing a 2-3 hour session of professional grill cleaning, depending on your grill size. We will get it as clean as possible within the timeframe of your session. Cleaning sessions do not include dismantling of ceramic briquette or rod racks/trays or repairs of any kind.
Rust is our biggest enemy.
Rust cannot be removed, and it is possible that heavily-rusted parts may become damaged while we're banging and scraping inside your grill. It can be difficult to tell ahead of time whether rust has penetrated beyond the surface. We make every effort to use extreme caution, however Inferno will not be responsible for parts that break during the cleaning process.

Professional Grill Cleaning does NOT include:
You are purchasing 2-3 hours of professional cleaning (depending on grill size). Service does not include the inside of your hood or the cleaning/dismantling of ceramic briquette or tube racks/trays. Cleaning session does not include replacement parts or repair services. We do not offer repair services.
If a grill is in very bad condition and heavily rusted, cleaning may cause deterioration and is not a substitute for repair or replacement. In this situation, we will provide the same level of service and exercise care while cleaning, however Inferno will not be held responsible for any damage to severely rusted or compromised parts during the cleaning process.
