How long will it take?
Most cleanings take approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the size and condition of your grill. We schedule 2 hours for Standard grills, 2.5 hours for Large grills, and 3 hours for Extra Large grills. In some cases, service time may extend up to 4 hours.
We require access to electricity during the cleaning. When possible, we prefer to park on the street.

Which parts of my grill are included in the cleaning?
Your service includes a 2–3 hour cleaning session, depending on grill size. During each session, we first focus on high-priority areas, which are always cleaned. These include the cooking grates, flavorizer bars, heat deflectors, interior of the grill box, front exterior, attached side tables, and drip tray(s).
If time remains, we then address low-priority areas. These may include the inside of the storage cabinet (cart models only), lower exterior sides, and the back exterior of the grill where accessible. If the session exceeds the expected duration for your grill size by more than 30 minutes, any remaining low-priority items will be deferred to a future visit.
Side burners are optional and may be added for $25 each.

Which parts are not included in the cleaning?
We clean original manufacturer (OEM) grates only. Aftermarket grates purchased online, MHP/Broilmaster grates, and kitchen hood filters are not compatible with our cleaning system and are not included.
We do not clean the interior of the grill hood or any kitchen hoods. If your grill uses ceramic rods or briquettes, we do not disassemble or deep clean those trays; they will be removed as needed, set aside during the service, and reinstalled at the end of your session.

How often should I get my grill cleaned?
We recommend at least one professional cleaning per year for most households that grill regularly (2–4 people). First-year customers and larger families (4 or more) should consider two cleanings per year. Most grill manufacturers also recommend deep cleanings every 6–12 months.
Season Plan customers typically schedule spring and fall cleanings, with the option for additional pre- and post-holiday cosmetic cleanings as needed. Starting regular cleanings as early as possible delivers the best results—newer grills that are consistently maintained perform better, look better, and last longer.

I am experiencing low flame/heat. What could be the cause?
Low flame or heat can result from several issues. During a cleaning session, we inspect the burner tubes to confirm they are properly positioned, ensure burner ports are clear of obstructions, and identify any components that may need replacement. If the burners do not appear visibly damaged, a professional cleaning is often a good first step and can resolve many low-heat issues.
Another common cause is the propane tank’s pressure regulator. In many cases, this can be reset by disconnecting the propane tank for a few minutes, then reconnecting it and opening the tank valve very slowly.

Will my grill look brand new again?
No—but it will be thoroughly clean. Our process removes the majority of loose grease, grime, and built-up residue, restoring your grill to its best possible condition. Cosmetic results vary based on factors such as age, material quality, existing rust, and how regularly the grill has been cleaned in the past. While burn marks or rust may remain on older or neglected grills, cleaning fully sanitizes all surfaces and often delivers noticeable performance improvements, including better temperature control and fewer flare-ups. Higher-quality grills may regain some shine once years of buildup are removed, while others may not.
For best long-term results, we recommend starting regular cleanings as early as possible. Consistent maintenance delivers the greatest cosmetic and performance benefits over time.
As an example, the neglected grill below had not been cleaned in 8 years!

Do you offer repair services?
No. We do not currently offer repair services due to high demand for cleaning services. Many grill manufacturers have local "Authorized Repair Technicians." Visit your grill manufacturer's website to locate one in your area. We do sometimes offer replacement parts; i.e. grates, flavorizer bars, ceramic briquettes and rods when available or in stock.

What if I don't use all of my Season Plan visits?
If you do not use all of your Season Plan visits, a credit will be issued based on the amount paid compared to the services actually completed. Season Plan pricing is discounted based on the number of visits selected. If the services completed align with a lower-visit Season Plan, your credit will equal the difference between the two plan prices.
If fewer than three visits are completed (the minimum required to qualify for Season Plan pricing), the credit will be adjusted to remove any Season Plan discounts and benefits received, including peak-season pricing discounts applied to services completed before June 1.
Credits are issued as a dollar value and may not equal the full cost of a one-time cleaning in a future season.
