Seasonal Pricing Notice:  Spring & Fall are our busiest times of the year as homeowners prepare for grilling season or winterization. Due to limited availability and high demand, peak-season pricing applies to services scheduled March through May and October-November.

​Off-Season pricing is available during the rest of the season, and Season Plan members receive priority scheduling and preferred pricing year-round.

FAQ: Why does pricing change during the Spring & Fall?

Spring & Fall are when the majority of customers want their grill cleaned at the same time.  Demand significantly exceeds available appointments from March through May & October-November, so pricing reflects limited availability during these periods.
Is this a fee or surcharge?
No. Pricing varies by season, based on demand and scheduling availability.  We do not add hidden charges after booking.
How can I avoid peak-season pricing?
You have two options:
  • Schedule service outside of Spring and Fall
  • Join a Season Plan, which includes preferred pricing and priority scheduling for the entire season.​
Do rush or expedited services cost more?
Yes. Express scheduling is available for customers who need guaranteed service within a short timeframe.  This is optional and based on availability.

Kitchen Hood Vent Polish - $99

Full Exterior Polish of Hood Vent.  Only available as an add-on service.  *Please note that this service is cosmetic only, and does not include the inside of your exhaust or your filters. Follow manufacturer's recommendation for cleaning filters (usually dishwasher).

Outdoor Kitchen Polish - $39 - Exterior only.
$99 - Interior & Exterior.

Full Exterior Polish of up to 4 appliances/cabinets.  Only available as an add-on service.  *Please note cabinets must be empty upon arrival to receive interior service.

Big Green Egg & Pizza Ovens- $139

Includes Cleaning of Grates, Vacuum interior & Exterior Polish

Blackstone Griddle - $159

Includes Full Clean/De-Grease, Vacuum, Exterior Polish

*Cleaning does not remove rust.

Oven Racks - $69-$99

Deep Clean Steam Bath for your Oven Racks.  Only available as an add-on service.  *Must be Stainless Steel. 

$69 for up to 3 racks & 2 side pieces.
$99 for up to 6 racks and 4 side pieces. 

Please place outside near your grill location for easy access.  Interior Oven Racks only.  May not be substituted for Grill racks, Smoker racks, or any other items.

Side Burners - $25/ea.

Full cleaning and polish of your side burner(s).  Only available as an add-on service. Must be specified in advance of your appointment.

Season Plans

Season Plan clients enjoy the consistency of Frequent Service, Discounted Pricing on Add-on Services, and Priority Scheduling for early-season, end-of-season and holidays.  ​Season Plan clients avoid early-season fees and save 10% on Add-on Services such as Hoods, Outdoor Kitchen Polishing & Side-Burners.  Payment for season plans (including any add-on services) due at beginning of season.

Our Professional BBQ Grill Cleaning Includes:

Interior and exterior degreasing with environmentally and food safe degreaser.
Visual inspection of grill parts, including burners.
Steam Bath Sanitation of cooking grates, flavorizers, heat deflectors, and any other removable parts.
Removal of loose grease and carbon buildup from the inside of your grill box.
Grease trays and traps cleaned.
Full clean and polish of grill exterior.
